Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Lead times on out-of-stock products is subject to changes or delays, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping date on out-of-stock items. We collect full payment at checkout, then fulfill the order when the item is received by our warehouse and subsequently shipped to the end user. You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
